License renewal forms are mailed to operators a minimum of 60 days prior to the expiration of the licenses. The Taxicab For-Hire License cycle runs from February 1 to January 31 of the following year. If renewing in person, the fee can be paid with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express).
